This group - headed by Janice Purssey - provides up-to-date advice on preparing tax-efficient wills, the administration of estates, intestacy, life-time gifts, trusts, Inheritance Tax planning strategies, enduring and lasting powers of attorney and elderly client/Court of Protection. The group also advises on tax planning and international estates for non-resident and/or non-domiciled individuals, often working in conjunction with lawyers from other jurisdictions.
