Litigation

The litigation group is headed by John Polsue assisted by Solicitor Tony Stafford; between them they have 47 years' post-qualification experience in litigation, or dispute resolution as it is now increasingly known. Their experience covers all aspects of Court and Tribunal Work and includes:

Between them John and Tony have litigated in the judicial committee of the Privy Council, the Court of Appeal, all divisions of the High Court, the County Courts, the Magistrates' Courts and Employment Tribunals. The litigation group has excellent relations with the Bar, frequently instructing members of sets of chambers who are acknowledged leaders in their fields and has access to an extensive network of expert witnesses.
